Jitendra Bagale is a seasoned professional with 20 years of diverse industry experience in Food & Beverage, Pharma, and Chemicals. His journey includes roles with P&L responsibilities at six different companies, specializing in optimizing Filtration technology and cost-saving analyses. He has also contributed significantly at IMERYS Filtration as a Technical consultant and Technical Sales Manager and at PALL Filtration as a Technical Sales Manager. His qualifications include a B.Tech in Food Technology and a Diploma in Total Quality Management (DTQM). Jitendra’s distinguished career spans two decades in chemical and filtration industries, bringing a unique perspective to ENERGIA. His profound grasp of technology and financial intricacies has enhanced ENERGIA’s strategic vision and operational excellence, propelling their rapid ascent.

Mr. Nitin Metkar

Nitin is a chemical engineer by education and a chem-tech entrepreneur by choice. With more than two decades of experience in innovating solutions and manufacturing equipment for the process systems industry across the world, he strongly believes in the brand ‘Make in India’. His leadership persona is a unique amalgamation of solid science & technology foundation, structured approach, empathetic nature and ownership attitude.

After working for some of the renowned companies in the industry, Nitin, along with his friends Arpit and Manu, decided to start ACME with the vision to manufacture ‘technologically superior, custom-designed, high-quality systems’ in India. Today, ACME is recognized as one of the leading providers of custom-designed, high-quality agitator systems across India, with a portfolio of 14+ products in mixing, heat exchange, separation technologies, and several turnkey projects across the globe.

Mr. Manu Jadagoudar

Having several years of experience working for top companies in the process systems industry, Manu is an entrepreneur who has the capability of building entire equipment from the scratch, all by himself. He is considered as an authority in process systems design and manufacturing, with in-depth understanding of end-to-end process systems across industries.

Manu is a Mechanical Engineer who has worked on projects for Thermax, Biocon, Alfa-Laval, Rathi and more. He is passionate about designing and building highest quality products, while ensuring right balance between cost, performance and longevity. Thanks to his ability to work at grass-root level, his practical knowledge across the design and manufacturing process serves as an inspiration for people across departments.

Having worked on both sides of the industry – as a client and as a manufacturer – he has an incredible acumen to resolve real-world issues.

Mr. Arpit Shroff

DIRECTOR

Arpit is a Chemical Engineer with a great business acumen. He has stark clarity in decision making, and has unwavering focus towards achieving long-term vision of ACME. In-depth knowledge of technology and hands-on with the finance and cashflow, he understands the practical challenges and what it takes to build a resilient business. He is in charge of critical design aspects and domestic & international sales.

His strategic approach has helped ACME to reach greater heights in a short duration. He is a person of strong belief system and has the courage to bounce back from any adverse situation. He is a man of action and is passionate about learning at least one new thing every day.

Arpit has been working on various operational aspects, business development roles and networking for global strategic partnerships to extend the reach of ACME’s turnkey solutions.
